Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; grease a large cookie or baking sheet.

Step 2

In a bowl cream the butter with dry pudding mix; mix in the flour until blended, then mix in the butterscotch baking chips or nuts.

Step 3

Roll into 1-1/2 inch balls; place 2-inches apart onto greased baking sheet.

Step 4

Using a grease bottom of a glass flatten to about 1/2-inch.

Step 5

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light golden brown; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Great cookies!!! I put them in for 10min and when I checked them they looked under done. So I put them in for 2min more. I wish I had only done 10min, they were a little dry. Oh well, I'll know for next time. Thanks for sharing :)
