Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse olives in ice-cold water to remove brine. Pat dry.
Step 2
In large glass container combine vodka with all remaining ingredients. Add in olives and toss to coat in the marinade. Cover with a tight-fitting lid and refrigerate for 2 days for flavours to develop. Tossing as many times as you can during the chilling time.
Step 3
Marinated olives will keep for a week or so packed with the marinade in a container and stored in the refrigerator.
