"This is a dog-approved treat! Since there seems so much salmonella poisoning recently in pet foods at least I know where these came from, anyway my Pug loves these!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

In a blender or process, process the liver until smooth or semi-smooth. Add eggs and broth, blend until combined.

Step 3

In a large bowl mix flour, dry milk, wheat bran, yeast. Mix in the liver-egg mixture until dough forms a ball.

Step 4

Roll out the dough to 1/2-inch thickness or a little less. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits.

Step 5

Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Leave biscuits on counter to dry overnight.

Step 6

Store the biscuits in the fridge or freeze in plastic bags.
