Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: In a blender or process, process the liver until smooth or semi-smooth. Add eggs and broth, blend until combined.
Step 3: In a large bowl mix flour, dry milk, wheat bran, yeast. Mix in the liver-egg mixture until dough forms a ball.
Step 4: Roll out the dough to 1/2-inch thickness or a little less. Use a cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits.
Step 5: Place biscuits on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Leave biscuits on counter to dry overnight.
Step 6: Store the biscuits in the fridge or freeze in plastic bags.
