"This is enough sauce for 2 burgers or hot dogs. This keeps as long as the expiry date on the mayonnaise so you can make a big batch of this for future use. Make sure you are using the Hellman's brand mayonnaise or the taste will be completely different with another brand, for my American friends the Best Foods mayonnaise is the same as Hellman's."
