"This is my daughters favorite dish! It is a tuna version of SOS, and pure comfort food."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the soups in a skillet with milk and stir until you have the right consistency of a gravy while heating up. You do need to stir this while its heating up, just like a gravy. You might need a little more milk to make it the right consistency. Usually I do.

Step 2

Stir in the drained peas, spices and tuna, heating through.

Step 3

Serve over toast. We always add more hot sauce at the table.

Comforting and Yummy! I ate far too much. Quick & Easy too. I made this with 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup and the cheddar soup, 2% milk, Two 5oz cans of tuna, frozen peas, creole seasoning, tabasco sauce, salt, and pepper. I served it over thick cut sourdough toast. This reminds me more of Chicken a la King than SOS, but either way it's yummy. I think it would be great with added onions and pimentos too. It ended up spicy for us, and too spicy for my 3 year old, but I should have added the seasoning a little at a time. Made for the Pick Me! recipe tag game.
