Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 2

In a cast-iron skillet over medium heat melt the butter and then add the garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in the cream cheese and milk for 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir in the next 5 ingredients (corn - pepper).

Step 3

Bake for 15 minutes; garnish with green onion if desired.
