Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 12 ounces cream cheese (about 1 1/2 eight ounce packages), cubed
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 4 cups corn kernels (we use frozen)
  • 1 can (4.5 ounce) green chiles (chopped and undrained)
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Green onion, chopped (garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

  • Step 2: In a cast-iron skillet over medium heat melt the butter and then add the garlic and cook for one minute. Whisk in the cream cheese and milk for 2 minutes or until smooth. Stir in the next 5 ingredients (corn - pepper).

  • Step 3: Bake for 15 minutes; garnish with green onion if desired.
