Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the meat into bite-size pieces, then brown in suet.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper, cover with water and cook until done.
Step 3
In the meantime, prepare the vegetables, cutting into bite-size pieces. Add these to the tender meat except corn, add corn last 10 minutes of cooking and simmer until done.
