I've always wondered why attempts to make Chinese tea at home could never compete with tea ordered at Chinese restaurants. Well, now we know! The secret has been unlocked. This was a wonderful tasting tea that could compete with any from the restaurants hands-down - you're a genius, Dee! I made one recipe and because we were so satisfied, then made it again, doubling it for all of us to enjoy. Good stuff, Dee, and thanks so much for sharing.
