"My husband is usually the griller in the family but I always plan all the meals, gather all the ingredients and do the prep. I thought if I could find recipes with only a few ingredients, he would be more likely to make something and do his own prep. This is a recipe from a fun book called A Man, A Can, A Plan."

Easy peasy, fun, and tasty! I had planned on grilling these turkey burgers along with the pineapple and poblano, but our weather had other plans. I ended up cooking the burgers in a cast iron skillet and skipping the grilled toppers. Next time! We really enjoyed the pepper jack cheese interior. It gave the burger some flavor and zing without being overly noticeable. Great turkey burgers!
