"I made this for my wife while running low on ground turkey so I added another can of beans. This is very mild and contains a couple of ingredients that l like in chili. Coco is not that unusual in chilis but browned flour is. I keep browned flour in the freezer for making gumbos and gravies. When wetted the flour turns chocolate colored and has a parched flavor. The flour is optional, but I like it."
