Step by Step Method

Score steak on the bias on both sides.
Step 2
Combine all the rest of ingredients in the bottom of a low flat pan.
Step 3
Add flank steak and marinate, covered in the refrigerator between 2 hours to 2 days, turning occasionally.
Step 4
Broil or grill 6 minutes to a side.
