"We're expecting guests from Australia early in Nov, so I'm exploring the Aussie cuisine by browsing a cookbook I borrowed from my SIL. I have only looked at the beverages, but this one caught my eye more than all the others combined. The source is "Women's Weekly New Cookbook by Food Editor Ellen Sinclair (Companion Volume to the Original Cookbook). Feel free to modify the ingredient amounts to suit your taste preferences. I'm thinking more of the caramel topping would work well. ENJOY!"
