Step by Step Method

Step 1

Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray; set aside.

Step 3

In a shallow dish, mix flour and Italian seasoning.

Step 4

Pour dressing into another dish.

Step 5

Coat both sides of pork chop with flour mixture.

Step 6

Dip into dressing, coating both sides well.

Step 7

Place in prepared baking dish and sprinkle with cheese.

Step 8

Discard any remaining flour and dressing.

Step 9

Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes.

We really enjoyed this dish...even though I forgot the Parmesan cheese in step 7...but I did throw it on after they were cooked...I cut the recipe in half...and served it with noodles tossed in butter and poppy seeds...along with peas (hubby's fav)...this made a very nice dinner..prepared for "Bill Board" tag game...

These tasted so good to us that we had them two weeks in a row! I thought scalloped potatoes would go good with them so I made up some of those and had coleslaw to round out the meal. Delicious in every way!
