"This is out of my Pacific Northwest The Beautiful Cookbook...The Bloody Caesar is a Canadian variation on the Bloody Mary. Feel free to use pepper vodka for a spicier taste, or garnish the glass with pickled asparagus spears, cooked skewered prawns, or colossal olives instead of the traditional celery stick. For a change...rub the rim of your glass with a lemon wedge, then dip in celery salt before adding the cocktail ingredients..."

Confession - I used regular tomato juice! And a pickle not celery! It all worked out and was a refreshing happy hour cocktail!

Fabulous Cocktail! Caesars are our favorite drink, and this one admittedly, is like I make them myself. (A little bit stronger than called for, but what the heck! :))Delicious! We enjoyed this very much! (I apologize for the sideways photo, I don't know why this site does that!)
