Black Bean Stew
"This is a nice black bean dish. It is quick and easy to make. You can eat it like a stew, or add more chicken broth to make it more like a soup. You can add or subtract an ingredient to whatever your taste buds enjoy; can of corn, extra green chilies, tomatoes, or beans. :) This is especially good served with, or over cornbread."
