"I recently had a fresh-squeezed juice that contained beets, orange, and celery. It was so good, but I'd forgotten about it until I saw this delicious sounding smoothie recipe on the Prevention website. This is a dairy-free smoothie that's filled with vitamin and antioxidant-packed superfoods. You can add fresh parsley or celery to complement the natural diuretic properties of green tea. Or to change the flavor up a little bit, try spinach or Swiss chard instead of kale. You can also experiment with other citrus such as tangerine or pink grapefruit."
