Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

In a skillet brown the ground beef with onions and garlic. Drain the grease.

Step 3

In a bowl ombine baking mix and milk to form a dough. Spread dough on bottom and sides of a greased 8x8-inch or 9-inch cast-iron pan.

Step 4

Combine cooked beef with frozen vegetables. Place mixture in biscuit shell. Top with jalapeno slices.

Step 5

Drizzle ketchup over top.

Step 6

Bake for about 40 minutes or until crust is done.
