Step 1
In a medium size pan over medium heat bring 2 cups of water to a slight boil,add cabbage and cook until almost fork tender.
Step 2
Then add ramen noodles and carrots to the cooking cabbage.
Step 3
Finish cooking cabbage until done and noodles are tender,since the carrots are finely shredded they will cook in the amount of time it takes to cook the noodles.
Step 4
Drain and return to pan,place back on heat add pork and sesame oil and if using,red pepper flakes stirring until well combined and pork is heated through.
