Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded cabbage
  • Ramen noodles (one 3 ounce package, discard seasoning packet or save for another use)
  • 1/3 cup finely shredded carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup leftover shredded BBQ Pork
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes,( or more if you want to up the heat factor)optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium size pan over medium heat bring 2 cups of water to a slight boil,add cabbage and cook until almost fork tender.

  • Step 2: Then add ramen noodles and carrots to the cooking cabbage.

  • Step 3: Finish cooking cabbage until done and noodles are tender,since the carrots are finely shredded they will cook in the amount of time it takes to cook the noodles.

  • Step 4: Drain and return to pan,place back on heat add pork and sesame oil and if using,red pepper flakes stirring until well combined and pork is heated through.
