"I love this mustard! This is my husband's great aunt Melza's recipe. Her recipe is very specific to use only Coleman's mustard so that is the only mustard I use. Funny story, when I first got the recipe from my MIL I asked about Coleman's mustard. I told her I only know about French's. She looked at me like I had sprouted another another head and very sweetly told me it was DRY mustard. : ) This is a great gift. Makes 1 pint"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the first two ingredients in a double boiler. Let stand in overnight

Step 2

The next day add the remaining ingredients, cook in the double boiler until thick, stirring all the time.

Step 3

I put it in small canning jars and put it in the fridge.
