Thank you. However, to get that awesome balance of SAVORY, I added a tsp. stevia and lite salt. It will magnify all the other ingredients. Test it in a half cup hot water. Voila! Chinese broth.

I also made this for your Asian Rotisserie Chicken, which is a wet marinade, but looking forward to using this as a dry rub during grilling season. Great flavors.

I mixed up some of this seasoning so I could make your Asian Rotisserie Chicken. This is a great tasting seasoning with a little heat and lots of flavor for the chicken. We really will get a lot of use out of this seasoning!

This is a great Asian Seasoning Bea. I loved it on your Asian Flavoured Rotisserie Chicken that I made tonight for dinner. I can see myself using this on ribs, beef, pork and chicken wings! It was very good and I will keep it on hand as a staple to grab and use when the mood strikes. Thanks for sharing it with us! Linda
