"Just a nice mix of flavors. Perfect to use on baked, pan seared; or my favorite, grilled chicken. Also, good on steak and pork. I use 2 types of paprika, which I feels adds the perfect mix of flavors."

Seasoning ... Add all the spices to a small bowl; and, mix to combine. Add everything to individual spice jars. I really prefer to use a small jar with a seal; or, ones with a screw on top. A small tupperware container or plastic bag, I find - doesn't work as well. Store in a dry cool place.
My favorite as mentioned - is with chicken. Simply rub the chicken; and, let it marinate 30 minutes, up to over night. It's got a smokey rich flavor. ENJOY!
