We enjoyed these South American arepas. We thought they were similar tasting to a thick corn tortilla. We ate them with our perico (Venezuelan scrambled eggs)and thought they complimented each other nicely. They were easy to make, although I did have to use more masa harina to get a workable consistency. **Made for Culinary Quest - Suitcase Gourmets**
