Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. The pic of the potatoes/fennel did not do it justice. Sorry!
So now begins the weight loss! So looking forward to feeling better. The winter is long here and I tend to eat for comfort and love cacooning (and right now it is snowing heavily...

). Will start this day with a protein/berry smoothie. That keeps me satisfied for 4 hours. Then will make a pot of cabbage soup and poach some chicken breasts. Then go from there.
