Today I'm making balsamic/brown sugar marinated pork chops on the grill, a nice garden salad, and rice.

We are having https://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/barba ... soup-29413. I think there is a loaf of bread in the freezer to have with it. Had minor eye surgery on Friday so my meals this week are all going to be easy and hopefully good.

I checked out the corn bisque recipe. It sounds really good. Hope your eye improves day by day.

Pot roast, carrots and potatoes is one of my favorite meals. It was my dad's also. I have fond memories of him every time I make it.
