Today I'm making braised roast beef with potatoes, carrots, onions and garlic. And maybe some fresh green beans.

Tonight I'm making chili seasoning/lime marinated shrimp, mixed with sauted onions, garlic and green, red and yellow bell peppers, served over rice.

Tonight I made what my mom always called Hungarian Goulash. It's sliced sausage browned in a skillet with some oil, then saute some onions, matchstick carrots, peppers and garlic in the same skillet with all that delicious brown goodness. Add some salt, pepper, finely chopped fresh rosemary, and about a teaspoon of caraway seeds. Add 1 pound of shredded cabbage. Stir to mix, cover with a lid, reduce heat to low and cook till cabbage is tender, about 25 minutes. Add about 2 tablespoons butter at the end and let it melt in. Serve and enjoy!

We had grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup (canned) I just was way to tired to cook anything and didn't want to spend 20.00 bucks on fast food, now I'm hungry again! :D

I totally understand, Sweets. Sometimes I just want a bowl of cold cereal.

Today I made individual sloppy joe pies. Buy some Pillsbury Original Flaky Grands Biscuits. Roll them out thin and to double their original diameter. Place them in large muffin tins. Use whatever your favorite sloppy joe recipe is and fill the biscuit cups. Top with cheddar cheese, and bake according to biscuit directions, or until lightly browned. I also had some herbed couscous, and some leftover corn and peas.
