#recipe9780 -- just posted, I gave myself a big hug on page one =)) :YMHUG: .

mmm the freshness of the greens is wonderful, crisp and soooo fresh being picked the same morning or the night before you buy it, what a difference in taste and in the keeping ability - compared to store bought they keep as much as a week or 10 days :!: This is a salad i make often, especially during farmer's market time of the year.

perfect with Bergy's Moroccan baked salmon - cold leftovers - mmm YUM :!:

I went to my favourite grocery store to load up on fresh fruit and veggies as we don't have a local farmers market this year. The prices were pretty darned good. I got broccoli, asparagus, carrots, jalapenos peppers, sweet peppers, green onions, cukes, lettuce, yellow cherry tomatoes, red onions, cherries, blueberries, strawberries and a coleslaw mix that I bought to make one of my tagged recipes. The main floor fridge is well stocked for the week.

Thanks Dissie. It's great when the fruits and veggies are abundant. I love opening up the fridge and having lots of fresh snacking options :D
