Hubby did a favor and someone bought one. Pretended they need me to cook it. I said I will have to use his oven. He then said we can have it. We said no- we'll just take some. So I'm scared to mess it up. I do think I'll have to cut it in half. It's huge. It's a Hormel brand pork loin. It came in the mail.

That is a lot of pork to have around for two people without freezing some. What I am thinking...that you don't have a freezer. Maybe take Ellie's suggestion and portion it up and have a friend put it in their freezer until you need it. Then it does not feel so intimidating. Just a thought.
