What WAS on Your Plate & WHAT'S for Dinner 9/26-9/27

Lady #1: http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/cheese ... peas-10725 adding chicken; mixed citrus salad
Me: Last night, I switched. I had my leftover goulash and fruit which was planned for tonight; so, back to my chicken and fig dish; roasted beets; arugula salad.
TIP: The one nice thing with planning for the week ... if something comes up; just flip nights. It really helps to save $$; but, also prevents you from falling back on take out, delivery or a drive through.

My Mom always had soup on hand, or in the freezer. No matter how busy; it was always there for us.

Lovin, that sounds very interesting; have to look that up. I love cooking with grapes; and Cooking ... I'm a soup gal - so any soup is good in my book!
