IT'S HUMP DAY EVERYONE! HOW'S EVERYONE'S WEEK GOING?
So, what's everyone cooking tonight?

Yesterday, I ended up working most of the am; to, when I got back to the office ... one of the guys had smoked some ribs and his famous stuffed onions. So, he gave me a plate to take home. Just a minute to heat up; and, dinner was ready.

Today ...

Me: Back to my smoked salmon omelette w/asparagus; roasted tomato; fruit

KC, that Florida seafood salad and homemade bread sounds really good.
Last night it was doctored-up turkey burgers (with fresh herbs, onions, garlic, montreal steak seasoning, bread crumbs, A-1 sauce and egg), and leftover corn casserole, kale, and green beans.
Tonight it's kielbasa casserole with potatoes, noodles, fresh-from-the-garden onions, green peppers, tomatoes and herbs.

Just finished grilling jumbo hot dogs, easy quick dinner tonight, going out to do a little shopping soon
