T.G.I.F. Everyone! WE MADE IT TO THE WEEKEND.

Today is busy; just getting ready to do a brunch for 10; so, I'm leaving as soon as I post. I dropped off some food to one lady this am; and, me ... just me and the grill. Quiet night here.

Lady #2: http://www.recipezazz.com/…/italian-chi ... llini-soup…; crusty cheesy bread; mango granita.
Already dropped it off this am. They are taking it over to a friends house; so, I wanted something they could just heat up.

Lady #3+3: Noon Brunch - http://www.foodnetwork.com/…/baked-grit ... ards-casse… w/bacon; biscuits and gravy; southern baked sweet peaches; roasted balsamic tomatoes; sweet tea pomegranate and champagne punch

Me: Grilled salmon topped w/dollop of dill sour cream; leftover scallion rice; foil pkg sherried mushrooms

We had http://www.recipezazz.com/recipe/spiced-salmon-24458 with tossed salad -- our usual Friday night supper.

Under, I use the no boil often; they come out great; and, saves time.
Ellie, salmon here as well. Always good; and, the rain was early, so, NO battling the showers like last night.
ENJOY!!!

Lasagna sounds really good, Under15. I haven't made it in a very long time. Where do you go to school that they're in session already?

Chicken tortellini soups sounds really good. As well as the biscuits and gravy. Yum!
