"This is a traditional Maine dip. It is served warm with crackers or whatever you like. This is something you can make in the morning and refrigerate till you are ready to serve it. This is good when you have had lobsters for some other reason and saved some of the meat. Very good."

Step by Step Method

Soften cream cheese; cut lobster into bite-size pieces; mix well.

Bake uncovered in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes till bubbly.
