This recipe is great, and it would have been even better if I hadn't gone into my office and missed the chime on my ABM to alert me to add the cherries and pecans. The bread itself can stand alone without the additions. It also has a beautiful color. There is a light hint of spice. Next time I'm going to just make the dough in the ABM and bake the bread in the oven the old fashioned way. It will be easier to add the fruit and nuts too.
