"A quick an easy salad dressing to put together. Perfect over a mix of greens and your favorite Asian toppings. I happen to love snap peas, cucumber, red onion, shitaki mushrooms, etc. - but you can really add anything you want. Water chestnuts and crunchy chow mein noodles are also really good to add - use your favorites."
