Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, olive oil, poultry seasoning, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well to create a flavorful seasoning mixture.
Step 3
In a large bowl, place the mini pretzels. Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the pretzels, making sure they are evenly coated. Toss gently to ensure all the pretzels are coated with the spicy seasoning.
Step 4
Spread the pretzels out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the pretzels are crispy and lightly golden, stirring halfway through the baking time.
Step 6
While the pretzels are baking, prepare the spicy dip. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined. Adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
Step 7
Remove the pretzels from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Step 8
Serve the spicy pretzels with the spicy dip on the side.
