Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 tablespoons paprika (smoked paprika)
  • 3 tablespoons sweet paprika
  • 1 tablespoon ground dried lemon peel
  • 2 tablespoons dried cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon saffron
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons kosher salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Seasoning ... Add all the spices to a small bowl; and, mix to combine. Add everything to individual spice jars. I really prefer to use a small jar with a seal; or, ones with a screw on top. A small tupperware container or plastic bag, I find - doesn't work as well. Store in a dry cool place.

  • My favorite as mentioned - is with chicken. Simply rub the chicken; and, let it marinate 30 minutes, up to over night. It's got a smokey rich flavor. ENJOY!
