Spam Salad Spread
"I admit it, I'm a member of the " I love SPAM © " club,;) and I'm always looking for different ways to fix it. Now there might be a couple of other recipes for Spam Salad online,but this is my version. If you're watching your salt intake,feel free to use the Lower Sodium variety.Or if you don't like Spam at all,just use cooked ham.This spread recipe makes about 2 cups. The " PREP " time does not include boiling of the eggs, and the " COOK " time is the chill time.The amount of ingredients that are listed in the recipe aren't exact, so just go by your own personal taste. Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a medium size bowl,mash eggs and add green onions.
Step 2
Then dice Spam into small pieces add to eggs & onions.
Step 3
Add remaining ingredients then mix well.
Step 4
Chill for 2 hours or longer.
