Spam Jambalaya
"This recipe was found in a cook booklet that I sent for from the SPAM Company.Now except for leaving out the green bell pepper,the recipe was made as it was written. Step by Step Method
Step 1
In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat,saute' spam,onion,green pepper,celery,and garlic until all vegetables are tender.
Step 2
Except for rice and parsley( if using ), add remaining ingredients.
Step 3
Bring to a boil and add rice.
Step 4
Cover, and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minute or until rice is done.
Step 5
Remove bay leaf, and sprinkle with parsley ( if using).
