"This is a variation on a Bellini, best in the summer made with fresh strawberries, you can sub frozen at other times of the year. Serve this at brunch, as an aperitif, or with dessert."

This was refreshing on a hot summer evening. The strawberry puree added a little sweetness and flavor to the prosecco. Next time I might try straining the strawberry puree to break it down a little further. Thank you!
