Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Spread 1 tablespoon mayonnaise mixture over bottom half of each roll; top each evenly with roast beef, lettuce, and tomato slices. Spread remaining mayonnaise mixture evenly over top halves of rolls, and place on sandwiches.

Delightful sandwich! I had to use what was on hand here as the roads here are unpassable at this time. So I had Portuguese buns, leftover lamb and multigrain beer mustard. DH was very happy with his sandwich, as was I! Thank you for sharing another keeper! Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.
