"Found @ ovensdotrevieweddotcom, credited to Kori Perten there & entered here because red wine is so popular in Iceland & this seems like such a great after-dinner option on a cold Icelandic winter night. The origin site agreed & said: "Move over Irish coffee. Hit the road hot toddy. There’s a new warm, boozy beverage in town & it’s all you’ll want to sip until summer. That beverage is red wine hot cocoa. Wrap your hands around a steaming mug of this chocolate libation & tell us you don’t feel like a million bucks. Step 1

Mix together the cocoa powder, sugar & salt in a sml saucepan. Add milk & wine, stirring to combine.

Step 2

Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occ to prevent scorching. When the cocoa is your desired temp, pour into a mug, cuddle up under some cozy blankets & enjoy.
