Step 1

Combine liqueurs, brandy, and sugar in a large container and stir to dissolve sugar

Step 2

Slice lemons and oranges and add to container

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate to chill thoroughly. Approximately 2-3 hours

Step 4

Chill punch bowl

Step 5

To serve add a block of ice to the punch bowl and add liqueurs along with raspberries

Step 6

Add Champagne

Step 7

Serve while punch is still fizzing
