Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup liqueur (raspberry liqueur, Framboise de Bourgogne)
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 1/2 cup liqueur (orange liqueur)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 lemons
  • 5 oranges
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 6 bottles (750 ml) wine champagne

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine liqueurs, brandy, and sugar in a large container and stir to dissolve sugar

  • Step 2: Slice lemons and oranges and add to container

  • Step 3: Cover and refrigerate to chill thoroughly. Approximately 2-3 hours

  • Step 4: Chill punch bowl

  • Step 5: To serve add a block of ice to the punch bowl and add liqueurs along with raspberries

  • Step 6: Add Champagne

  • Step 7: Serve while punch is still fizzing
