Step 1: Combine liqueurs, brandy, and sugar in a large container and stir to dissolve sugar
Step 2: Slice lemons and oranges and add to container
Step 3: Cover and refrigerate to chill thoroughly. Approximately 2-3 hours
Step 4: Chill punch bowl
Step 5: To serve add a block of ice to the punch bowl and add liqueurs along with raspberries
Step 6: Add Champagne
Step 7: Serve while punch is still fizzing
