Rajun' Cajun Ham & Broccoli Alfredo
"This was posted on a now defunct recipe site, in 2006 and since first posting there, I've made a couple of changes to this. So I thought it would be appropriate to re-post it here.:) If you make this, and think it's not spicy or creamy enough please feel free to add more of the Cajun Seasoning and whipping cream. For the Cajun seasoning, I would recommend #recipe5279 and as you know with my recipes, adjust any seasonings to your own tastes. I think with a salad and bread, you could get 6 servings.
