Step 1

Preheat oven to broil.

Step 2

Spread cream cheese over both halves of sandwich roll. Top with ham or turkey, cranberry sauce, onion and spinach.

Step 3

Place cheese on top of spinach and put both sides face up on a small baking sheet.

Step 4

Cook 3-4 minutes, using the timer so you don't forget about them. Remove from oven and put the top half on the sandwich.
