Step 1

Whisk together all marinade ingredients in a small bowl.

Step 2

Pour over 2 lbs chicken pieces, turn pieces to coat evenly with marinade, cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Bake thighs and drumsticks for 40-45 minutes or breasts for 30-35 minutes.
