This is a Lovely porridge. Packed with wonderful warm tasting spices. I followed all as directed, using the full amount of cardamom, except that I didn't use the rosewater. Also sprinkled some cinnamon over the top because that's what I do. It was wonderful at every spoonful and I'm so glad there is a couple of leftover bowls for tomorrow to enjoy! Thank you, Dee, for sharing. Made it for FYC.

Wow -- this is good! I made as directed using the full amounts of sugar and cardamom along with the optional ingredients -- topped off with milk -- so good! And what a change from ordinary cream of wheat! Thanks for sharing!

I didn't have any rosewater and saffron. I wanted to try this and I gave it five stars and I don't care if I ever have those ingredients. The turmeric gave this a flavor that was great. Yummy in the tummy. I added more water cause I like it creamy. I would add more milk but that would make it carbier. Is that a word?
