" Jerusalem artichokes are a great little known vegetable. This recipe makes a nice side dish for brunch as well as dinner. If you want more spice add another jalapeno. If you are not cooking the chokes right away cover them with water as they will discolour"

Step 1

Heata skillet over medium heat,add oil, add mushrooms and garlic, stir fry for about 3 minutes or until the mushrooms and garlic is just beginning to brown
